1. Introduction

Authomatica ("the Service") is an authentication middleware created and operated by Mogulic Gang LLC. By using Authomatica in your applications or logging in through Authomatica, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Service

Authomatica provides secure sign-in functionality for applications built by Mogulic Gang LLC. The Service acts only as an authentication gateway and does not provide additional user-facing features.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Authomatica, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

4. User Eligibility

Users must be legally permitted to use Google services and third-party OAuth providers.

5. User Accounts & OAuth

Authomatica uses Google OAuth to verify identity. When signing in, you grant permission for Authomatica to access basic profile information such as email, display name, and profile picture.

Authomatica does not collect passwords. Authomatica does not provide user accounts itself; it simply relays identity information to partner apps built by Mogulic Gang LLC.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, or harm the service
• attempt unauthorized access
• use Authomatica in illegal or malicious activities

7. Intellectual Property

Authomatica, its design, and related materials are the property of Mogulic Gang LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute the service's components without permission.

8. Availability & Modifications

Authomatica may experience interruptions or updates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Termination

Mogulic Gang LLC may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, attempted abuse, or legal requirement.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Authomatica is provided "as is" without warranties. Mogulic Gang LLC is not responsible for:

• identity provider outages
• incorrect data provided by OAuth providers
• service interruptions
• damages resulting from improper integration by third-party apps

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of Authomatica means acceptance of the updated Terms.
